Pott 35, 5 Piece Set Place Setting

Pott 35 by Carl Pott

Pott 35 projects a bold, masculine character, grounded in a stern geometric foundation. Designed by Carl Pott at the request of the people of Cologne, it was created as the city’s official cutlery and quickly became one of the most striking pieces in the Pott program. True to the Bauhaus tradition, Pott 35 is uncompromising in its formal clarity while remaining deeply functional.

Its defining features are unmistakable: the innovative five-tined fork, designed to make scooping sauces and vegetables easier, and the sweeping, broad handles that give the flatware its weight and commanding presence. The combination of strength and refinement gives Pott 35 a sculptural quality that elevates the dining table while honoring everyday use.

Internationally acclaimed, Pott 35 has received numerous awards, including recognition from the Design Center Stuttgart, the 9th Biennale of Industrial Design in Ljubljana, the Europäischer Kulturkreis Baden-Baden (Euromedaille in Gold), and Form 85. These honors confirm its enduring significance in the world of modern design.

At JANGEORGe Interiors & Furniture, we are proud to present the Pott 35 collection—flatware that unites Bauhaus precision, German craftsmanship, and timeless elegance in every piece.
